20417746E-9F31-F70F-6474D2F2B66B82F7Plays by Joshua Martin ’16,  Gabrielle Poisson ’17 and Betsy Zaubler ’17 are three of 15 scripts to reach the final round of judging in the 32nd NJ Playwrights Festival annual high school contest. Gabi’s play, “Worn Thin,” was written during the 2014 Page to Stage June Term. Josh’s play, “Pick a Chick Wayne” and Betsy’s “Thanksgiving Surprise” were written in Creative Writing class. This year, the Festival is implementing a new step in the judging process that requires playwrights in the final round to complete a revision of their work using feedback from one of their contest readers. Betsy, Gabi and Josh will combine festival feedback with suggestions offered by their Creative Writing class to revise their scripts and resubmit them by March 6th. Wish them luck!
